We're thrilled to announce the opening of our brand new MECCA Adelaide Airport store in South Australia Spanning 150sqm, this vibrant new space will feature two dedicated makeup chairs—perfect for pampering jet-setters before takeoff. Whether you're flying in, flying out, or just passing through, we're here to deliver a touch of beauty to your journey.

We are looking for passionate, driven, and experienced retail team members to join our growing MECCA team and play a key role in our BRAND NEW MECCA Adelaide Airport store.

We are seeking expressions of interest in Retail Specialist roles, including:

• Colour Specialist
• Skin Specialist
• Fragrance Specialist
• Operations Specialist(Back of House)

Our MECCA Specialists will have the opportunity to work across Colour, Skin or Fragrance and Operations. You are comfortable performing back-to-back services on our busiest days, whilst providing the ultimate customer experience. Whether it be a bold glitter cut crease, an in-depth skin or fragrance consultation: you can do it all with confidence, making your customers look and feel their best

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Be the go-to expert in-store for your category whether it be makeup, skin, fragrance and operations; helping our customers to find the best products for their needs and making sure everyone leaves feeling MECCA-mazing.

• Work alongside your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the store.

Requirement of the role

• Availability to work late evenings and weekends

What you will bring to this role:

• Proven experience in performing services in your category.

• Ability to deliver unforgettable moments for our customers that help them to feel amazing in their own skin.

• Ability to coach and upskill your peers and demonstrate your expertise to build your category.
