This is a hands-on people and operational leadership role, providing line management for Landside Operations Customer Service Officers. Landside Operations is a customer facing team committed to ensuring the safe, secure, and efficient operation of Adelaide Airport’s Landside precincts while delivering the very best customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of Adelaide Airport Limited (AAL) managed Landside areas
- Provide visible leadership in the Landside Operational environment
- Drive team performance while maintaining KPIs and adherence to WHS guidelines
- Lead regular coaching and development with staff to drive best performance
- Embed and lead a positive people culture in line with company values and HR practices

**To be successful in the role you will have**:

- Demonstrated experience in the management and supervision of staff in a dynamic operational working environment
- Demonstrated experience in the development and/or mentoring of key team members to ensure their ongoing progression and growth within the team
- Demonstrated experience with coaching and performance management, with an understanding of HR practices
- Tactical and strategic workforce planning experience, including the management of complex rosters
- Ability to address a range of competing demands, while ensuring a high level of customer support and service
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people
- Self-motivation and Initiative, with a desire to achieve successful outcomes
- The ability to build trust, respect, and rapport with internal and external stakeholders
