About STAFFLINK
Established in 2018, STAFFLINK is a Real Estate Support Agency driven to provide services that help Australian Real Estate Agencies transform how they work. By streamlining processes, introducing best practice workflows, and integrating technology, we've built a reputation for delivering simple solutions to complex challenges.
We support over 300 agencies across Australia – helping them improve efficiency, build stronger teams, and ultimately grow their businesses. Our own growth means we have opportunities for ambitious, proactive people to join us and grow their careers too.
The Role
We are looking for a Junior Client Success Manager (CSM) to join our growing team. This is the perfect role for someone with a Real Estate background who is looking for their next challenge – moving away from the day-to-day pressures of Property Management or Sales Administration into a role where you can support and guide agencies to work better.
As a Junior CSM, you will work alongside our experienced CSM team, primarily responsible for:
- Supporting Senior CSMs by actioning client tasks and following up on deliverables.
- Liaising with offshore teams to ensure workflows are on track and clients are supported.
- Attending client meetings (with Senior CSM support) to provide updates, capture feedback, and action items.
- Assisting in documenting processes, training materials, and client updates.
This role is an entry point into Client Success Management – with clear opportunities to grow into a CSM role as you gain experience.
Who This Role Suits
The role is ideal if you have experience in Property Management, Sales Administration, Reception, or Assistant roles within Real Estate – and want to transition into a role that supports the industry from a different angle.
Key traits for success in this role include:
- Strong organisational skills – you'll be across multiple clients and tasks.
- Excellent communication skills – comfortable speaking with both clients and offshore teams.
- Curiosity and initiative – you will ask questions and learn quickly.
- Positive energy and attitude – we move fast and celebrate wins together.
The Training & Support
You won't be thrown in the deep end. STAFFLINK provides a clear onboarding plan supported by a Senior CSM mentor who will guide you through the tools, workflows, and client processes.
Regular touchpoints and feedback sessions ensure you feel supported, confident, and on track to build your career with us.
The Perks
- Monday – Friday only – no weekend work or overtime.
- WFH flexibility – balance your work life better.
- Friday lunch with the team every week.
- Quarterly celebrations and an annual Stafflink Retreat.
- A clear career progression plan – we promote from within.
- A fun, energetic culture – we genuinely love what we do.
Ready to Make the Move?
If you are passionate about Real Estate but ready for a fresh challenge where your skills will make a bigger impact, this could be the perfect next step.
