The Role

We are looking for a Junior Client Success Manager (CSM) to join our growing team. This is the perfect role for someone with a Real Estate background who is looking for their next challenge – moving away from the day-to-day pressures of Property Management or Sales Administration into a role where you can support and guide agencies to work better.

As a Junior CSM, you will work alongside our experienced CSM team, primarily responsible for:

  • Supporting Senior CSMs by actioning client tasks and following up on deliverables.
  • Liaising with offshore teams to ensure workflows are on track and clients are supported.
  • Attending client meetings (with Senior CSM support) to provide updates, capture feedback, and action items.
  • Assisting in documenting processes, training materials, and client updates.

This role is an entry point into Client Success Management – with clear opportunities to grow into a CSM role as you gain experience.

Who This Role Suits

The role is ideal if you have experience in Property Management, Sales Administration, Reception, or Assistant roles within Real Estate – and want to transition into a role that supports the industry from a different angle.
