The Role

We're on the lookout for a Junior Sommelier with personality and a passion for all things wine.

About the Role

Our wine bars are some of the most iconic in Sydney. Love, Tilly Devine being the original wine bar, opened in 2010 and Dear Sainte Eloise a staple of the Potts Point neighbourhood since 2017. We are looking for dynamic individuals who would like to join our wine team.

This isn't just about running a section—it's about owning your role, bringing fresh energy, and creating the kind of guest experience that makes people want to come back again and again.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations:

  • Opening and closing the venue
  • Running a section, assisting with wine recommendations
  • Food service
  • Greeting guests and delivering a unique guest experience

Training and Education:

  • Improve you wine service skills and knowledge in house
  • Undertake internally hosted WSET programs

Safety & Compliance:

  • Candidates must have a valid RSA.

What We're Looking For:

  • Valid working rights in Australia. Must be available to work weekends.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar environment. You must be comfortable waiting tables in a section and have experience with wine.
  • Good communication skills, with a solid sense of initiative and ability to manage your tasks and your time.
