About the Opportunity: We are looking for the industry’s finest Sommeliers to join our opening team to deliver a best-in-class wine experience. You will have an unwavering passion and appreciation of wine. This is a hands-on role with focus on service delivery, upkeep and maintenance of the wine cellar.

Full time and Casual Opportunities Available. You will have the opportunity to work alongside - and be mentored by - some of the industry’s most respected professionals, including Paolo Sacccone, Loic Avril and Yuki Hirose.

- Experience as Sommelier / Wine Waitstaff in a fine dining and/or high volume restaurant
- Basic knowledge in local, national and international wine
- Passion for wine and the industry
- Exceptional service skills
- Excellent communication and organisation
- Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations
- Adaptable, flexible and able to work in a high pressure environment
- Possess a valid Certificate of Responsible Service of Alcohol
- WSET or CMS qualification or equivalent advantageous
- Available to work a rotating roster
