We're Hiring: Duty Manager – Indoor Family Entertainment Centre

Positions Available: House of WOW Prestons, Monkey Mania Bankstown & Monkey Mania Penrith

Employment Type: Part-Time 4-5 days. Weekend availability a must

Start Date: ASAP

We're seeking a proactive and energetic Duty Manager who excels in a fast-paced environment and knows how to keep both guests and team members smiling.

Your Role:

As a Duty Manager, you'll be the go-to person during shifts, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging environment for guests and staff. You'll lead by example, jump in when needed, and make sure everything runs like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations during your shift, including opening/closing procedures
  • Lead, support, and motivate staff across all areas of the centre
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences and handle customer enquiries or complaints
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness standards throughout the venue
  • Coordinate bookings, parties, and group events as needed
  • Monitor cash handling and assist with reconciliation and reporting
  • Support the Centre Manager with training and operational improvements

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or duty manager role (hospitality, retail, or entertainment preferred)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve issues on the fly
  • Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • A genuine passion for customer service and team development
  • Current First Aid, RSA or Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
