Night Time Operations Coordinator

Night time operations coordinator -

4 ON 4 OFF SHIFT : 730pm - 530am

The duties/responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

  • Manifesting linehaul trips
  • De-briefing drivers
  • Welfare calls throughout the night to drivers
  • Managing breakdowns throughout the night
  • Checking fridge temperatures & monitoring of telematic systems.
  • Working with the local operations team to ensure the following day is set up
  • Working with the warehouse team to ensure freight is loaded correctly and assisting with unloading/loading trailers when required.
  • Effective coordinating of freight and drivers
  • Communicating and building strong relationships with our Drivers and Customers

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:


• Previous experience in the use of Transport Management Systems preferred


• Communication skills


• Accurate data entry and attention to detail


• Customer service & organisational skills


• Able to effectively problem solve & think outside the box


• Forklift Licence ESSENTIAL


• Truck licence preferred
