Role Overview

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind identifying and converting new business opportunities in the local market. This role requires you to proactively engage within a specific territory whereby the brand has a great reputation and standing. Your daily focus will be to build and nurture strong client relationships, understand their unique needs, and deliver tailored solutions that drive growth. You will also work closely with the wider sales and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business – Develop and execute a strategic plan to find and follow up on new sales opportunities in Adelaide and surrounding areas.
  • Manage sales pipeline – Research prospects, qualify leads, and maintain a healthy pipeline to meet and exceed targets.
  • Drive revenue growth – Acquire new clients and expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Deliver tailored presentations – Prepare and present compelling sales pitches that clearly explain product benefits and solve client challenges.
  • Close deals confidently – Negotiate and secure contracts, turning prospects into long-term customers.
  • Use solution-focused selling – Ask insightful questions, listen carefully, and recommend the right products from a broad range of options.
  • Collaborate with internal teams – Work closely with account managers, customer service, and operations to ensure smooth client handovers and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records – Keep up-to-date documentation of sales activities, client communications, and pipeline progress in CRM systems.

 

Candidate Profile

You bring a strong background of proven B2C sales experience, preferably in field-based roles, with a track record of consistently exceeding targets. You're a self-motivated, confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills. Your curiosity and proactive mindset fuel your drive to succeed. A full driver's licence is essential for this role as you'll be actively visiting clients across South Australia. Experience in a technical product field or related sectors is a plus but not required. Attitude and hunger to learn are key.
