We are hiring bilingual Recruitment Consultants (Japanese and English speaking).

This role is all about connecting talent and companies in a truly impactful way. You will:

  • Guide clients and talent through the entire journey—from proposal to post-placement support.
  • Partner with companies by identifying and understanding the clients needs and then proposing, designing and implementing a talent strategy
  • Listen deeply to hiring needs and help define job requirements for exciting new projects.
  • Source and connect highly skilled marketers, designers, and other creative professionals.
  • Provide career counselling to help talent thrive in their next chapter.
  • Plan and execute recruitment campaigns, events, and scouting strategies to attract the best.
  • Ensure a smooth, thoughtful matching process that supports decision-making for both sides.

  • May have experience in any of the following: talent acquisition, sales, recruitment, or the creative/marketing industry (or eager to dive in).
