in November 2025 at our St Agnes site — and we're looking for dedicated PCWs to join our care team.

3pm–11pm

11pm–7am

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver compassionate, person-centred care to older people living with behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia.
  • Support residents' daily living activities in alignment with personalised care plans, cultural preferences, and family needs.
  • Observe and report to clinical staff on residents' health and functional changes.
  • Promote independence and rehabilitation-focused care.
  • Actively contribute to care planning, quality improvement, and continuous learning.

Essential
What You Bring:

  • Must have Cert IV in Ageing Support
  • Experience in residential aged care
  • Knowledge and experience in dementia care
  • Current National Police Certificate
  • Understanding of behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia (BPSD)

Desirable

  • Previous experience in a Specialist Dementia Care Program (SDCP)
