Business Administrator

Agnes Banks Equine Clinic is a leading equine veterinary hospital with a passionate, high-performing team committed to excellence in equine care. We are seeking an energetic and astute Business Administrator to support the Practice Owners with a wide range of administration tasks.

What we're looking for:

· Experience as a Business Administrator or Practice Manager (veterinary industry experience desirable but not essential)

· Skills in HR support, inventory, and financial management

· Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

· Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

· Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills

· Basic bookkeeping skills preferred

· Accounting software experience (Xero preferred)

· Proficiency with EzyVet software (advantageous, not essential)

The role:

· Full-time (flexibility available for the right candidate)

· Competitive remuneration, commensurate with experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 – $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 27 – 38 per week
