What You'll Be Doing
In this dynamic and fulfilling role, you will:

  • Deliver high standards of clinical nursing care to residents
  • Engage consumers and staff in person-centred care planning and service delivery
  • Mentor Enrolled Nurses and Care Workers while leading by example
  • Promote compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and internal policies
  • Assist with audits, assessments, and care plan reviews
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation and reporting
  • Collaborate with the Residential Care Manager to support daily operations
  • Participate in a rotating on-call roster (after probation)

What You Bring
Essential Criteria:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA)
  • Strong clinical knowledge, especially in aged-related health issues
  • Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage teams and support a culture of quality care
  • Strong documentation and IT literacy
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
  • Current National Police Check
  • Valid Driver's Licence

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience in aged care or residential services
  • Postgraduate qualifications in aged care or related fields
  • Italian language skills (valued but not essential)
