Dermal Clinician or Therapist – HUB Skin, Keilor East

About the role:

  • Conduct thorough skin consultations and create personalised treatment plans
  • Perform advanced skin treatments including (but not limited to): clinical peels, skin needling, vascular laser, Laser Genesis, LED, and customised facials
  • Recommend and prescribe home care routines using O Cosmedics, Neurocosmedics, DP Dermaceuticals, Mesoestetic, and RATIONALE
  • Build strong client relationships through trust and education
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team across Skin, Wellness and Pilates.
  • Casual or part-time (20–30 hrs per week), including one evening and alternating Saturdays (non-negotiable), with opportunity for growth

About you:

  • Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Dermal Science/Therapy (or equivalent)
  • 1–2+ years experience in a clinic setting
  • Confident in advanced skin treatments with strong cosmeceutical knowledge
  • Solid understanding of skin anatomy, pigmentation, vascular concerns, acne and scarring.
  • Passionate about achieving real results while making clients feel seen, heard and cared for.
