- Competitive Salary: Your salary will be in the range of $75,000 to $100,000 plus super depending on experience.

- Car Usage Reimbursement: If you choose to work as a mobile therapist you will receive reimbursement for your car usage.
Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals' speech, language and swallowing.
- Implement personalised and evidence-based intervention to adult and/or paediatric clients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, parents, and healthcare professionals, to coordinate and optimize intervention strategies.
- Provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation of clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve therapeutic goals.
- Offer guidance and support to clients and their families, educating them on effective strategies and techniques for continued improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
- Stay informed about advancements in the field of speech pathology, attending professional development activities and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
- A valid driver's license.
- Membership in the Speech Pathology Association (SPA) or a willingness to obtain membership.
