Business Manager – SkinBox Clinics

Location: East Fremantle, WA

Hours: 20–25 hours per week | Hybrid model (majority onsite, some work from home)

As Business Manager at SkinBox, you'll partner closely with the Director to drive operational excellence, nurture a high-performing team and contribute to the strategic direction of a trusted, patient-centred brand.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Company Director, the Business Manager will oversee the non-clinical operations of SkinBox.

You'll ensure the smooth daily running of the clinic, support our team of doctors, dermal therapists, and reception staff, and contribute to the clinic's long-term growth and innovation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing business operations, systems, and staff management
  • Managing budgets, payroll, and financial reporting via Xero
  • Driving operational efficiency and quality improvement initiatives
  • Supporting HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding and performance reviews
  • Coordinating marketing activities (social media, quarterly campaigns, events)
  • Maintaining compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Liaising with external partners for IT, building, and website management

This is a hands-on, leadership-focused role that combines structure and strategy with genuine purpose.


About You

You're a proactive, organised professional with experience in business or healthcare management. You enjoy bringing calm and clarity to busy environments, and you lead with professionalism, empathy, and accountability.

You'll bring:

  • Proven experience in business or practice management (medical or allied health preferred)
  • Strong financial acumen and working knowledge of Xero
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confidence using digital platforms
  • A solutions-focused mindset with attention to detail
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines with ease
