**The Role**:
As a Team Leader, you will provide clinical leadership, empowering a passionate team and supporting clinicians at all levels. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing a discipline-specific caseload.
- Providing leadership and clinical supervision.
- Supporting the clinical team to achieve best practice and compliance.
- Developing clinic resources for continuous quality improvement.
- Collaborating with the Practice Principal and Regional Manager on team needs.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or Psychology.
- Passion for supporting children and their families.
- Exceptional communication skills to work effectively in a diverse environment.
- Compliance with relevant registrations and checks (Working with Children Check, National Police Check, etc.).
