About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and motivated individual to start their career as a Trainee Strata Manager with Alldis and Cox. As a Trainee Strata Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive strata management services to a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties located in the Randwick area. This full-time role offers the chance to develop your skills in a dynamic and rewarding industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Acting as the primary point of contact for strata scheme clients, responding to enquiries and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  2. Preparing and distributing meeting agendas, minutes and financial reports for strata scheme committees
  3. Coordinating the maintenance and repairs of common property, liaising with contractors and service providers
  4. Ensuring strata schemes comply with all relevant legislation and by-laws
  5. Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and the collection of levies
  6. Providing guidance and advice to lot owners on strata-related matters
  7. Maintaining accurate records and documentation for each strata scheme

What we're looking for

  1. A demonstrated passion for the real estate and strata management industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
  3. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  4. A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
  5. Willingness to learn and develop your skills in strata management
  6. Previous experience in customer service, administration or property management would be highly regarded
  7. Ideally you would hold your Strata Management Certificate of Registration
