Food Services Coordinator

Part-time Contract | 30.4 hours per week
Monday – Thursday, 12:30pm–8:30pm
12-month contract - with view to permanency on completion of 12 months
You'll plan, prepare and coordinate family-friendly meals that support our families, ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and safely.
What You'll Do
- Plan, prepare and deliver nutritious, culturally diverse menus
- Create engaging menu designs and displays
- Manage food orders, stock and supplier relationships
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are always met
- Guide and support volunteer and corporate cooking groups
- Build strong relationships with families, partners, and donors
- Keep our kitchen organised, efficient, and welcoming
What We're Looking For
- Experience in catering, large-scale or community cooking
- A passion for creating meals that comfort and connect families
- Great organisational and communication skills
- Confidence working independently and leading volunteers
- Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Well spoken English and proficient writing skills
