About the Role

Surepaint is looking for a Project Supervisor to take charge of painting projects across Brisbane. You'll coordinate crews, keep jobs on track, and make sure our high standards are met—without having to swing a brush yourself.

This role is built for people with construction, trades, or subcontracting experience who are ready to step into management. We'll give you the industry training you need, so your focus is on leading teams, keeping clients happy, and delivering top-quality projects.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Overseeing day-to-day painting projects across Brisbane
  • Leading and motivating a team of subcontractors and painters
  • Ensuring jobs run on schedule and within budget
  • Keeping quality and safety standards high
  • Communicating with clients and keeping them in the loop
  • Solving problems on site before they turn into headaches
What We're Looking For
  • A background in trades, construction, or subcontracting (painting experience not essential—we'll train you)
  • Proven leadership or management experience (you know how to run a crew)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Someone who thrives on responsibility and taking charge
