Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Metal Roofing Supervisor based in Brisbane, QLD. The Metal Roofing Supervisor will oversee and coordinate roofing projects, ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety. Daily tasks include supervising roofing teams, planning and organizing tasks, inspecting completed work, ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations, and liaising with clients. The role requires strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to solving problems.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Carpentry and Insulation
  • Skills in Working at Height and Roofs
  • Proficiency in Waterproofing techniques
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Relevant certifications or licenses for roofing and safety practices
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the roofing industry is desirable
