Site Supervisor position working with existing, well trained small in house teams to complete renovations and repairs through out the Brisbane Region.

ABOUT THE ROLE

At the Shower Dr, we are looking for the next addition to our growing team that handles bathroom repairs and renovations.

As our Site Supervisor – Bathroom & Wet Area Renovations, you'll be the linchpin of our on-site operations, steering projects from demo to completion with precision. You'll manage the critical early phases (strip-out to waterproofing), navigate curveballs like structural surprises, and ensure our clients' visions come to life on time and budget. This is a hands-on role blending construction know-how with top-tier client service and crew leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Oversee bathroom renovation projects, ensuring compliance with Australian codes and the tried and tested standards we have developed at the Shower Dr.

•  Coordinate 4-6 person crews, managing timelines, safety, and quality.

•  Handle client communications, providing daily updates and resolving concerns.

•  Problem-solve on-site challenges, especially during demo and rebuild phases.

•  Maintain budgets and schedules, targeting 95%+ on-time, on-budget delivery.
