We have years of experience in advising Australians on their Investments, Debts, Superannuation and Insurance protection needs.

Role Description

This is a part-time on-site only role for a Financial Planning Assistant located at our Rockhampton office.

You will be responsible for supporting the Financial Planners along with the Client Project Manager that controls the day-to-day tasks which include, Administrative duties, Communicating with Clients and Product suppliers as well as third party compliance software providers.

Qualifications

  • Relevant educational background in Business Admin, Accounting, Real Estate , Insurance or a related Financial Sector field is a plus.
  • Tertiary Qualified or Currently studying
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Proficient in Administrative Assistance
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
