The Role

We're seeking a motivated full time Paralegal or Graduate Lawyer with at least 12 months' property law experience (0–2 years PQE).

If you have not yet attained a law degree, we will consider strong final year law students with attention to detail, who will progress to a graduate role on completion.

You'll work alongside senior lawyers on:

  • Hotel transactions (buying, selling and management)
  • Supporting leading developers in site acquisitions and sales
  • Leasing and development projects
  • Industrial sales and acquisitions
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts and property documentation
  • Providing advice to our clients on their most important mandates
  • Managing settlements through PEXA and liaising with key stakeholders

About You

12+ months' dedicated property law experience – this is an absolute must to hit the ground running

Strong attention to detail and communication skills – you will be talking to clients from the get-go

Proficiency in PEXA

Proactive, organised, and client-focused
