We have an exciting new opportunity for a Law Graduate/ Junior Solicitor to join our team
About us:
Baron + associates is a boutique legal firm, specialising in property and commercial law. The firm employs a small but experienced team of lawyers and paralegals. B+A provides advice on commercial matters, acts on behalf of clients in litigation and dispute resolution matters, and handles complex conveyancing services on large property development projects.
About the Role:
We are looking for a full-time Law Graduate or recently admitted Solicitor with leasing experience. This role offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to develop your skills in property and commercial law. Duties include:
Drafting retail and commercial leases
Reviewing leases in circumstances where we act for the lessee
Drafting incentive deeds, variation of leases
Surrender of lease
Deed of assignment of lease
About you:
We're looking for someone who is:
- A Law Graduate or recently admitted Solicitor (0–1 PQE) with some prior leasing or property law experience;
- A strong communicator with excellent drafting skills and attention to detail; and
- Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a small team environment.
