We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clerical Support Staff to assist with the daily administrative tasks in our office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a dynamic environment and wants to be part of a thriving business in the Asian grocery industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update internal databases and records
- Process orders and track shipments
- Assist with inventory management and stock control
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and other documentation
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
- Coordinate logistics and liaise with suppliers and clients
- Assist with general office administration tasks as required
- Ensure smooth communication across various teams
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of Asian groceries or the food import industry is a plus
- Fluency in a second language (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese, or another Asian language) is desirable but not required
