We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clerical Support Staff to assist with the daily administrative tasks in our office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a dynamic environment and wants to be part of a thriving business in the Asian grocery industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update internal databases and records
  • Process orders and track shipments
  • Assist with inventory management and stock control
  • Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and other documentation
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Coordinate logistics and liaise with suppliers and clients
  • Assist with general office administration tasks as required
  • Ensure smooth communication across various teams

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Knowledge of Asian groceries or the food import industry is a plus
  • Fluency in a second language (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese, or another Asian language) is desirable but not required
