The role:

  • Liaise with tenants and landlords proactively and professionally
  • Conduct entry/exit inspections, no routines
  • Manage lease renewals and coordinate routine inspections
  • Manage leasing of properties including processing applications
  • Oversee maintenance and compliance and coordinate repairs
  • Monitor portfolio performance, resolve issues early, and maintain clear communication

With your minimum 2 years' experience as a Property Manager and your QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate you'll have the opportunity to use your high level of detail and customer focus. Your success in delivering the role will be supported by a reliable vehicle and current, valid drivers licence.
