Broker Administrator (Part-Time)

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and ready to support a fast-paced finance team? Ausloans Finance Group is seeking a Broker Administrator to join our growing team and support one of our Senior Brokers.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, multitasking, and working behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly.

About the Role

You'll assist with the day-to-day processing of loan applications, managing client communications, and supporting the broker's workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit loan quotes and applications
  • Manage and organise the email inbox
  • Maintain accurate data in our CRM and lender portals
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams
  • Provide general admin support to the broker

About You:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and time management
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems
  • Previous experience in admin, finance, or customer service preferred
