**About the Role**
We are looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive Part-Time Administration Assistant to join our team. You'll be working alongside our full-time Administration Officer, helping to manage day-to-day office operations and supporting both administrative and accounts-related tasks.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone seeking flexibility, work-life balance, and a friendly office environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- General office administration and clerical duties as required
- Data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Creating and scheduling social media posts to support company visibility and branding
- Supporting project documentation and team coordination
**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with MYOB is preferred but not essential
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Prior admin experience
