Your role:

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded National Account and Distribution Manager to join our team and play a key role in supporting the accelerated growth of Dulux Avista. This newly created role will see you managing and growing major accounts, including Bunnings and Inspirations, while overseeing the full national distribution footprint. Working closely with the National Sales Manager, you will identify new distribution partners and strategic opportunities to optimize the Dulux store network. 

In this role, you will lead initiatives that strengthen account performance, expand distribution, and drive mutual profitable growth with our key business partners. You will collaborate closely with both field and head office teams, delivering solutions that support national business objectives while ensuring consistent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow major national accounts, ensuring strong stakeholder relationships and profitable outcomes.
• Oversee the national distribution network, identifying new partners and strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate with field and head office teams to align account and distribution strategies.
• Deliver presentations and solutions to senior customer decision-makers.
• Support growth initiatives across new housing, commercial, and retail trade channels.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in account management or sales leadership, ideally in a trade-focused environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and deliver growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience overseeing distribution or supply chain operations, with strategic thinking ability.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across teams.
