Your role:

Acratex has had a long history of successfully partnering with façade substrate manufacturers to provide the industry with market leading façade solutions. We are looking for a National Account Manager to lead collaboration with Australia's key façade substrate suppliers. This newly created position underscores our commitment to building stronger partnerships and driving mutual success across the building industry.

In this role, you will champion strategic growth, deliver technical excellence, and cultivate long-term relationships with leading façade substrate manufacturers, ensuring Dulux Acratex becomes an integral part of their project specifications and market strategies. As the primary contact for strategic accounts, you will align Dulux solutions with partner objectives, directly shaping market presence and driving sales performance through deeper collaboration and specification. You will work across technical, sales and marketing functions within each strategic façade substrate supplier.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with major façade substrate manufacturers
  • Develop joint strategies to increase product specification and market share.
  • Act as a facilitator across state teams, connecting marketing and sales functions.
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen partnerships and deliver mutual value.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in account management or business development within the building materials or related industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to build strategic relationships.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams.
