You'll complete training part-time (Thu-Sun) over 10 weeks, before transitioning to your ongoing rostered days.
About The Role:
Join our growing Health Insurance sales team and unlock your earning potential With warm leads, uncapped commission, and industry-leading training, you'll thrive in a supportive, high-energy environment where your success is our priority.

What You'll Do:

  • Help Australians find the right health insurance cover
  • Explain options clearly and make recommendations with confidence
  • Build relationships while delivering outstanding service
  • Hit realistic sales goals with full guidance every step of the way

What You'll Bring:

  • Drive to succeed and a team-first attitude
  • Strong communication and rapport building skills
  • Motivation to help people while keeping a positive mindset
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
  • Willingness to learn and take on feedback
  • Previous sales experience a bonus, but not essential
