Warranty and Parts Clerk – Full Time

About the Role:

As a Warranty and Parts Clerk, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warranty and parts department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative duties and customer service, and is confident working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and submit warranty claims in line with manufacturer guidelines
  • Assist at both front and back counters for parts sales and support
  • Liaise with technicians, customers, and suppliers regarding parts availability and warranty status
  • Maintain accurate records of claims, parts inventory, and documentation
  • Work closely with the Service Manager, providing updates and support as required
About You:
  • Previous experience in automotive parts and/or warranty is preferred
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with dealership management systems (Revolution/TUNE) is an advantage
  • A positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethic
