Join our Home Claims Department as a Building Repair Network Coordinator.

In this role, you'll support our Home Claims team by managing building service providers and ensuring they meet regulatory and Youi standards. You'll focus on delivering quality service and building strong working relationships with the Youi Claims team and service providers.

Key responsibilities

  • Consult with stakeholders to ensure clear performance and risk management expectations.
  • Monitor and report on service provider performance regularly.
  • Drive service provider performance in key areas (repair times, quality, cost, compliance, and customer satisfaction.)
  • Support service providers through training and ongoing guidance.
  • Assist with audits, risk reviews, and compliance checks.
  • Deliver technical training on safety, regulatory requirements, compliance, and industry standards.

About you

  • Background in claims assessing or loss adjusting is essential
  • Trade qualification or building certification is highly desirable
  • Experience in building supply chain or contract management
  • Solid knowledge of the building industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and report writing
  • Strong time management skills
  • Self-motivated and disciplined
  • Clear verbal and strong written communication skills
