About the role

Network RV Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Caravan Service/Repair Technician to join our team in Epping, Victoria. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance, repair and servicing of caravans, ensuring our customers' vehicles are safe, functional and well-maintained.

What you'll be doing

  • Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of caravan systems and components
  • Performing thorough inspections and identifying any issues or required work
  • Maintaining detailed records of all work completed
  • Ensuring a safe and organized work environment
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our service delivery

What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience in the servicing and repair of caravans, campervans and recreational vehicles
  • Knowledge of caravan systems, components and industry regulations
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively
