Behind every fitting, every gown, and every celebration is a team that brings precision, warmth, and care to everything they do. We're now inviting an Administration & Office Support professional to join our family and help keep the rhythm of our boutiques flowing beautifully.

About the Role

In this role, you'll become part of the team that ensures every behind-the-scenes detail runs seamlessly, supporting our stylists, suppliers, and brides with professionalism and heart.

You'll be the calm, steady presence that keeps our operations refined and reliable, ensuring each RC experience feels effortless from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage customer special orders
  • Answer incoming calls with grace and professionalism, directing enquiries thoughtfully
  • Assist customers with product details when our stylists are in appointments
  • Resolve client enquiries with a calm, solutions-focused mindset
  • Manage day-to-day administrative and office tasks
  • Order stock and liaise with both local and international suppliers
  • Support our boutiques with operational queries and logistics
  • Receive incoming stock and coordinate dispatch across stores
  • Availability Monday to Friday

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent communication skills and genuine warmth in every interaction
  • Strong administrative and organisational ability with exceptional attention to detail
  • Able to multitask gracefully in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and email management
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role (minimum 5 years)
  • Experience in the bridal or fashion industry is a bonus, not a requirement
  • Confident in learning POS, ordering, and appointment systems
  • Skilled at receiving, dispatching, and coordinating stock movement
