The Opportunity

We're looking for a Customer Service / Sales Support Officer to join our friendly Brunswick East office. If you're a people-person with a knack for staying organized, a hunger to provide more for our customers, love textiles (or are curious to learn more), and want to be part of a tight-knit, passionate team — this is the role for you.

This is a full-time position (38 hours/week) across 5 days, ideal for someone seeking work-life balance without compromising on growth and responsibility.

What You'll Be Doing

Your day-to-day will be diverse and engaging, supporting both our valued customers and dynamic sales team. Tasks include:

  • Processing and tracking customer orders
  • Managing customer and freight enquiries
  • Liaising with warehouse staff and overseas factories
  • Coordinating and dispatching product samples
  • General office admin (answering calls, managing mail, greeting visitors)
  • Providing occasional support across other areas of the business

About You

You're proactive, reliable, and naturally customer-focused. Whether you have experience in a similar role or transferable skills from another industry, we're keen to hear from you.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Energetic, hands-on, and enthusiastic
  • Strong in communication – both written and verbal
  • Exceptionally organized with great attention to detail
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks while keeping a smile
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Team-oriented and ready to contribute to a positive culture

Previous experience in customer service or sales support (particularly in textiles) is a plus, but not essential — we'll provide full training to the right person.
