About the role

We're expanding our reach into Gold Coast and Toowoomba regions and are looking for experienced Rehabilitation Counsellors or Psychologists interested in contractor opportunities.

As a valued B2W Solutions contractor, you will:

• Manage a flexible caseload of clients aligned to your availability and region

• Complete Vocational assessments, Workplace Assessments and Job preparation services to support recovery and return to work

• Deliver high-quality customer service and professional reporting standards

• Build strong stakeholder relationships with clients, insurers, and employers

• Have the convenience and flexibility to schedule your own clients

About you

You're a motivated, compassionate professional who enjoys helping people return to meaningful work and achieve their recovery goals.

You'll bring:

• Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, or a related discipline

• Current professional registration (ASORC, RCAA, or AHPRA)

• Proven experience in workplace rehabilitation, injury management, or similar roles

• Strong communication, time management, and report-writing skills

• ABN and professional indemnity insurance

• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Comcare accreditation is desirable but not essential.
