Myndshift Group have been engaged by our client partner a leading mining & civil contractor committed to sustainable resource development and land rehabilitation. With a proven track record across Australia's mining regions, we are now seeking an experienced
Site Administrator
to help support a high-profile mine rehabilitation project in Moranbah and support the operational team and help streamline admin tasks in a fast-moving rehab environment.

Reporting to the Site Superintendent, you'll provide critical administrative support to the Site Rehab team working a Monday to Friday roster.

Responsibilities:

  • Attending internal operational meetings and preparing accurate minutes
  • Drafting, editing, and distributing standard production reports and summaries
  • Managing correspondence, data entry, and filing within production systems (e.g., Excel, SharePoint, or site-specific platforms)
  • Coordinating schedules, meeting minutes, and day‑to‑day operational admin tasks
  • Assisting with site access, timesheet coordination, and production-related document control
  • Liaising with internal teams (operations, maintenance, safety) to collate and escalate key information efficiently

Experience & Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' administrative experience, ideally within mining, production, or operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - especially Excel (data manipulation, pivot tables), Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable preparing meeting minutes and operational summaries
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver on tight turnaround in a dynamic, shift-based workplace
  • Experience with contractor on-boarding platforms – Intelics (Desirable)
  • Team-focused, can manage multiple tasks under pressure, and is proactive with follow-through
  • Current Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical
