Are you a detail-driven finance professional looking to make an impact in a dynamic, multi-division business? Join the Burbank Group as our new Accounts Officer and play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly.

We're looking for someone who thrives on accuracy, enjoys problem-solving, and brings a proactive approach to managing accounts payable and receivable across multiple business units.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Processing accounts payable invoices with precision and timeliness
  • Investigating discrepancies between supplier invoices and purchase orders
  • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries
  • Preparing weekly and monthly pay runs
  • Managing staff reimbursements and reconciling bank/credit card accounts
  • Supporting month-end and year-end processes
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues
  • Providing general administrative support and tackling ad hoc tasks as needed

What You'll Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable and general accounting
  • Solid understanding of accounting procedures and relevant software
  • Strong data entry and management skills
  • A keen eye for detail and a collaborative mindset
