Job description

A national company seeking an in-house accountant to:

  • The accurate preparation and processing of general journal entries
  • Preparation on monthly financial accounts for allocated entities
  • Reconciling P&L and balance sheet accounts with effective supporting documentation
  • Review expense line items and ensuring they are properly accrued and coded
  • examining operating costs and organisations' income and expenditure
  • Analysis and commentary on expenses and balance sheet items
  • Support the business in the execution of the annual audits and external reporting obligations
  • providing financial and taxation advice on business structures, plans and operations
  • preparing taxation returns for individuals and organisations

About the Role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Good team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, and professional ethics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Careful, honest, reliable, and cheerful personality
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Must be reliable and committed to a stable, long-term position.
  • Must be proficient in Mandarin, including typing
  • Must have the right to work in Australia

Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
