Asset Finance Broker (car finance)

Affordable Funding is looking for talented individuals with strong sales and communication skills, to join our team as an Asset Finance Broker.

About the Role?

Working from qualified inbound leads and digital applications, the Asset Finance Broker is responsible for nurturing customers through the loan application process, with the objective of converting new leads into loan settlements and closed deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with new leads via phone/email, assisting with the finance enquiry and completing the customers' loan application
  • Providing outstanding customer service to enhance the car buying and lending experience
  • Consistently nurture and follow up customers, with high-level communication and service
  • Workshop applications, communicate with lenders, submitting packaged loan applications
  • Prepare applications and documents with meticulous attention to detail
  • Prioritise the conversion rate of new applications into approvals and settlements
  • Consistently meet KPI and achieve monthly sales performance targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills and strong customer service is a must
  • Experience in asset finance and lending, particularly with consumer automotive finance is an advantage
  • Proven experience and success in sales, pipeline management, and the ability to close deals
  • Performance and target orientated, financially motivated and career driven
  • Fast learner, fast paced, and able to prioritise and multi-task
  • Honest, savvy, and down to earth personality.
