This is a rare opportunity to lead a diverse and high-impact clinical portfolio at a world-leading youth mental health organisation.
As Chief of Clinical Services and Operations, you'll oversee a portfolio of innovative, multidisciplinary services that deliver high-quality care to young people and their families.
- Provide executive leadership across strategy, clinical operations, and service delivery.
- Lead a broad portfolio including headspace centres, Orygen Recovery, the Trans and Gender Diverse service and quality & safety.
- Drive service integration, clinical innovation, and measurable outcomes for young people.
- Champion youth-centred, inclusive, and evidence-based care across all programs.
Skills and experience
The following criteria must be met for consideration for this position:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Mental Health Nursing) and full general registration with AHPRA or registration/eligibility for AASW.
- Proven executive or senior leadership experience in mental health, health, or clinical services.
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, risk, and quality frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across complex service environments.
- Experience delivering strategic outcomes within government-funded or public sector settings.
- Deep understanding of youth mental health and system challenges affecting young people and families.
- Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, including with government and community partners.
- Commitment to co-design, lived experience engagement, and inclusive practice.
- Salary commensurate with experience + 12% superannuation + $15,900 in NFP salary packaging + $2,600 meals and entertainment card.
