CAPDA Consulting is seeking two experienced
Project Schedule Management Specialists
to support our client on a high-impact Defence program. These DSS Level 3 roles offer the opportunity to contribute to complex project environments, applying industry best practice in schedule management and earned value performance.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in
    Earned Value Management (EVM)
    and
    OPP
  • Strong understanding of
    DEF(AUST) 5664 – Work Breakdown Structures for Defence Materiel Projects
  • Ability to mentor and advise project teams on schedule tools and reporting methodologies

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Developing and/or assessing Project and Contract Work Breakdown Structures (PWBS/CWBS) and supporting data dictionaries
  • Creating and maintaining project master schedules
  • Analysing project cost and schedule data to monitor progress and report on performance using EVPM
  • Providing expert guidance on schedule management tools and methodologies

What You'll Bring:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry/domain experience
  • Recognised schedule management professional certification
  • Current and relevant risk management experience
  • Deep knowledge of Australian and International Standards, regulations, and Defence requirements
  • Expertise in schedule management methodologies, tools, and software
