Client Overview

triniti are seeking Canberra based Project Managers to support the delivery of high-profile initiatives within a federal government agency. These roles will contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects spanning operational, systems, corporate and service delivery functions.

As a Project Manager, you will oversee inflight initiatives, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule and budget while engaging a wide range of stakeholders. The work is complex, impactful and offers the opportunity to contribute to programs that deliver tangible benefits to government and the community.

Role Requirements

  • Managing and delivering complex business and technical projects, including program scheduling, dependency mapping and governance (planning, financials, reporting, risk, and benefits).
  • Work across multiple delivery methodologies and adapt approaches to suit project needs.
  • Strong experience engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including developing and presenting Board papers and SES briefings.
  • Skilled in building program vision, fostering collaborative team culture and ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Experience with Federal Government procurement processes and managing third-party vendors
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with resilience and flexibility to manage ambiguity, competing priorities and sensitive or confidential projects.

You will be

  • Australian Citizen with an existing Baseline, or NV1 clearance
  • Project Manager with relevant qualifications and certifications
  • Knowledge of Essential Eight, ISM, and Security Maturity requirements would be highly regarded
  • Experience working on federal projects requiring high levels of confidentiality and stakeholder sensitivity would be ideal
