Job Details
The ACIC is seeking
four Project Managers
to oversee delivery of inflight initiatives across multiple divisions, including Intelligence Operations, Intelligence and Information Systems, the National Police Checking Service, and Corporate/Enabling Services.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

  • Minimum 5 years experience in managing and delivering complex business and/or technical projects
  • Map dependencies across projects and programs; schedule initiatives within a program of work
  • Adapt to and work across multiple delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  • Manage and influence internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and schedule
  • Build and promote program vision; foster collaborative team culture
  • Develop and present Board papers and SES-level briefing materials
  • Lead program governance including planning, financials, reporting, risks/issues, dependency and benefits management
  • Apply knowledge of Federal Government procurement to engage and manage third-party vendors
  • Build strong relationships and liaise effectively across stakeholders
  • Demonstrate resilience, flexibility, and ability to deliver under pressure
  • Experience in small to medium agencies preferred; intelligence sector experience beneficial

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience in small to medium Federal Government agencies
  • Project management qualifications/certifications
  • Knowledge of Essential Eight, ISM, and security maturity requirements
  • Experience in Intelligence agencies
