We are looking for a relationship driven Account Manager to maintain and grow key partnerships across venues and food service companies. You will be the trusted point of contact for MyVenue clients, ensuring satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and strengthening our presence in the market.

MyVenue is a leading SaaS provider of point-of-sale (POS) solutions for sports, entertainment, and hospitality venues worldwide. Fully integrated solutions include POS software, mobile ordering, suite catering, vending, retail, back-office inventory and event management, real-time dashboards, and customizable reporting.

We're proud to serve some of the world's most iconic venues and teams, including Dodger Stadium (LA Dodgers), Wrigley Field (Chicago Cubs), AT&T Stadium (Dallas Cowboys), the Las Vegas Sphere, and the Miami Dolphins & Grand Prix.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain great relationships venues MyVenue customers.
  • Build a strong, working understanding of how the MyVenue product delivers value to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, QA, Product Delivery, Venue Success, and Field Services, to troubleshoot issues, recommend workarounds, resolve bugs, and contribute to feature development.

Essential Skills
:

  • High proficiency in networking, relationships and understanding complex situations.
  • High proficiency in verbal and written communication.
  • High proficiency in establishing and building trusted relation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate and resolve complex issues.

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelors in business administration or any relevant degree.
