About the Role
Reporting to the
Finance Manager
, the Management Accountant will contribute to the delivery of
timely, accurate and reliable financial reporting
across all business units. This position plays an integral role in analysing results, supporting decision-making, and fostering strong business partnerships throughout the organisation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial and management reports
  • Providing analysis and commentary on business unit performance against financial plans and budgets
  • Partnering with key stakeholders to deliver financial insights that support operational and strategic decisions
  • Assisting branches and the finance team with ad hoc analysis and reporting requests
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities for process and system improvements
  • Supporting the Finance Manager and wider team with various financial projects as required

About You
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar management accounting role
  • CA or CPA qualification (or working towards) desirable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Clear and confident communication, with the ability to partner effectively across departments
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all financial reporting
  • A proactive, professional and positive approach to work
  • The ability to lead and motivate others in a team environment
