We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Manager who combines technical expertise with strong leadership abilities to join our Central Processing Team
You'll be working with Magnetic Alliance in supporting a business in the roof construction and repair industry.
If you're a successful candidate, you will lead and support a dedicated team of Accounts Administrators, ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of all financial processing while actively contributing to the success of multiple entities.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with strong accounting experience who enjoys mentoring others and improving systems.
What Will You Do?
You will oversee the day-to-day financial operations and lead a team of Accounts Administrators to deliver accurate and timely results while driving process improvements.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Supervising and supporting the Accounts Administration team
• Overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Banking, and BAS
• Reviewing and approving reconciliations, journals, and month-end reporting
• Maintaining accounting systems and ensuring data accuracy
• Identifying and implementing process and system improvements
• Partnering with management and operations teams to achieve financial goals
• Providing coaching, feedback, and training to your team members
Who Are We Looking For?

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
• Experience as an Accounts Supervisor, Senior Accounts Officer, or similar position
• Solid understanding of management accounting and multi-entity environments
• Proficiency in Xero, Excel, and Microsoft applications
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to problem-solve
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency status
