What you will be doing:

We're looking for a proactive and people-focused
People Culture and Wellbeing Advisor
to join our team and provide support across the full employee lifecycle. This role will suit someone who enjoys variety, building relationships, and driving positive workplace outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
  • Providing advice and support on workplace matters.
  • Assisting with payroll processes and HR Processes.
  • Supporting performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Contributing to HR projects, policy reviews, recognition and engagement initiatives.

What will make you successful in the role:

  • Previous experience in a HR Advisor, HR Recruitment or HR Generalist role.
  • Solid understanding of Australian workplace legislation.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • HR qualifications (or working towards) desirable.
