About Us
Our Client is a multi-award-winning manufacturer and installer of high-end domestic and commercial joinery.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Qualified Joinery is highly regarded.
  • High communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
  • High attention to detail

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Project Handover to the production team
  • Attend the site to view the progress and quality of projects
  • Push all site measures to keep within the timeframe
  • Prioritise and schedule the project, keeping the timeframe/lead time items in mind
  • Work with other Project Manager(s) to schedule production of all live projects
  • Work with CAD to drive and coordinate RFI's, push for decisions/construction methods, etc.
  • Oversee the letting of all trades, the purchasing of materials
  • Monitor production with Foreman
  • Oversee budget vs actual shop and site hours
  • Exit plans on all projects for closing out projects and defects
